Shipping Policy

Our agency is focused on digital services including the creation of websites as well as the creation and development of the same. We do not sell or ship any physical products since we operate purely digital services.

Delivery of Services

Service Delivery: The services will all be provided electronically through an email, project management tools (including but not interfering with Notion, Trello or ClickUp), or shared cloud unit (including but not limited to Google Drive or Dropbox) as decided upon with the client.

Turnaround Time: Project briefing for estimated delivery timelines is done and agreed upon. Timelines can be different according to the size, complexity and client response time.

Final Deliverables: On the completion of the work, final design files, credentials of the web site and documentation (where available) shall be emailed to the client.

No Physical Shipping

We do not physically ship any goods.

Clients will not be charged with shipping or handling fees.

International Clients

We are a proud worldwide serving company. Our services are provided online and thus they are not limited internationally, and there are no customs, duties, and shipping considerations.

Support After Delivery

We provide 30 days of gratis after-launch assistance in case of small edit, bug, or inquiry of the implemented work.

Customer support or maintenance can be scheduled as a separate maintenance contract or as an hourly fee.
